Alignment with THRIVE Grant Goals - The purpose of the mini-grants are to address, promote and enhance one or more of the following areas: 1) climate; 2) access; 3) education; 4) policy; 5) assessment. Describe how the proposed project or program’s expected outcomes meet one or more of the criteria
Budget - Include an itemized budget (not to exceed $500 for the fall or $900 for the spring) and provide justification for the proposed budget request. Please note, the number of meritorious proposals may preclude fully funding all meritorious applications. Accordingly, please indicate the minimum amount of funding necessary for your proposed project or program to have a meaningful impact and how this would affect your project or program description. If there are other sources of funding available to support your project, please list them here.
Implementation and Timeframe - Describe the plan for implementation of the project/program. Be specific as to the audience of the proposed project/program, proposed location, timeline, and marketing plan.
Evaluation - Describe the plan for evaluating the project participation, outcome, and successes. (If applicable) Be sure to include a plan to update the Awards and Grants Subcommittee with any publicity, photos, tools, and outcomes.
Responsibilities of grant recipients (Read before submitting form)
Implement project/program as described. - Inform Awards and Grants Subcommittee of any changes to proposed plan. - Advertise the program. - Track participation, outcomes and successes as described in the proposal. - Provide a summary report detailing participation, outcomes and successes. This report is due to Awards and Grants Subcommittee one month after the program/project is completed. - Share any publicity, photos, tools, outcomes with the Awards and Grants Subcommittee.
