In 2021, only oral presentations will occur (no poster session). We are finalizing the format for this meeting but we anticipate hosting a morning session (10-12:30) and an afternoon session (2-4:30) with each session being able to accommodate 10 presentations. In addition to needing two judges for each category (session) we will also need one moderator for each category (session). This individual will help run the session: keeping everyone on time, sharing screen with presenters, introducing presenters etc. The moderator should certainly be comfortable using Zoom technology and associated features of this technology. A short training session will be offered for all moderators.
Please indicate below how you wish to volunteer for the meeting (you may select more than one choice).

In addition to judging on the day of the conference, written research papers are submitted by high school students and need to be reviewed/judged prior to the meeting. Papers are received by February 15th, distributed to judges by February 20th (with judging instructions) and will need to be evaluated no later than April 9th.
Using the options below – please indicate if you are willing to serve as a judge in this capacity. *

CATEGORIES: Using the drop-down prompts that follow - please select your first, second and third choice for the categories in which you would prefer to judge and/or serve as a moderator. In most cases we are able to assign you to a category of your choosing or minimally a category closely aligned with one of your choices.
