PROGRAM DIRECTORS - Please provide as much information as possible so that our office is able to get in touch with you in the event of an emergency or other business necessity.

Gather Beforehand:
1. Local contacts (travel provider, hotel, university contact, etc.)
2. Flight/Ground Transportation Itinerary
3. Daily/Weekly travel Itinerary including excursions and contact information during excursions
