8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Check in and light breakfast

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Introduction and Plenary Address

10:15 – 11:15 a.m. Session #1

11:30 – 12:15 p.m. Lunch

12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Session #2

1:45 – 2:45 p.m. Session #3 (including Science Trivia Competition)

3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Closing Session

To receive a group registration, please complete the rest of the requested information and within 2-3 days, an Excel worksheet will be e-mailed to you. The Excel document will be used to register all your students, teachers and their session selections. If after completing this request, you do not receive the indicated Excel file in 3 or 4 days, please email John Kaup at john.kaup@furman.edu with “SCJAS Fall Workshop Group Registration” in the subject line. A form will be sent ASAP.

To register as an individual, complete the following fields. All registered students must have a parent or adult chaperone complete a Photo/Video/Liability Release Form. Form will be e-mailed after completing registration.

Parents and chaperones who wish to participate in the workshop (including participation in all four sessions and breakfast/lunch) should also register and complete the Photo/Video/Liability Release Form.

The following drop-down options provide a listing of the workshop sessions that are currently available for the Fall 2025 Workshop. Based on registration numbers (and other factors) some sessions may be cancelled and others may be added.

Please select your top four choices for sessions to attend. We will take these choices into consideration when assigning you and your students to the available slots in each of the sessions being offered. NOTE: If you are planning to participate in the Science Trivia Competition be sure to list science trivia as your First Choice.

To complete this registration, please send workshop registration payments ($25 per person) to John Kaup, SCJAS Executive or use the online payment option (online payment option will be sent upon completion of registration).

Checks should be made payable to: SCJAS with “Fall 2025 Workshop” in the memo line.

If paying for multiple participants, you can submit a single check for the full registration amount ($25 per person), with the check be sure to send a list of all names covered by the check.
