TCMF will respond to your request for a routine appointment during business hours within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with an appointment date and time that we are holding for you based on the availability that you provided. Please reply "YES" to confirm the appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment by 4pm, you will not be scheduled. You may also schedule an appointment by calling, emailing or visiting us, if you do not hear from us or you did not confirm your appointment by email.
